Beverly expanded her diet, reduced her symptoms, and rediscovered the joy of eating, exercising, and socializing
I do not know where I would be now if I had not decided to work with Brittany.
Not only have I changed my diet, I have also changed my lifestyle in just the short time of working with her. I have established a bedtime routine, and am now sleeping through the night. I know how to better handle stress. I am no longer fatigued by the middle of the work day.
In addition to all of that, I have so much more confidence in what I eat.
She helped me identify my food triggers and expand my diet - I am eating foods that I have not had in literally YEARS.

- I am no longer anxious to leave the house because I am worried about having to go to the bathroom or where the nearest bathroom is.
- I can work out multiple times a week- something I would not have been able to do three months ago.
