Frequently asked questions

Will my insurance company reimburse me for the program?

While we don't accept insurance, we will absolutely help you submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you choose to do so, we'll provide you with all of the documentation you'll need (often called a "superbill") to submit your claims. Each insurance plan is different, so be sure to verify your individual coverage and eligibility.

Can I pay my bill over time?

Yes, we offer a number of payment plan options so that you can pay for your program over time, on a schedule that works for you. We currently offer 3 and 6 month payment plans. If you have additional questions, please request a call for more information or email us at info@romanwell.com.

Can I pay with my HSA/FSA card?

Yes, most HSA/FSA providers allow you to spend your pre-tax dollars on our services. Occasionally your HSA/FSA provider may require a letter of medical necessity signed by your doctor to approve your payment. We’ll work with you and your doctor to make sure you have the documentation you need.

Will you put me on a restrictive diet?

We’ll never put you on a restrictive, one-size-fits-all diet. In fact we take the opposite approach—we’re focused on expanding your diet to include as many foods as possible. We’ll work with you to identify your trigger foods and help you incorporate alternatives into your diet.
