IBD Registered Dietitian

Brittany is an expert IBD dietitian and behavior change specialist. She is the co-leader of the Diet and Nutrition Workgroup of the National Scientific Advisory Committee for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and the national leader of the IBD practice group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Brittany has been living with ulcerative colitis for 20 years and also has IBS and PSC.

Based in California, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, golden retriever, and three cuddly cats.

Haleigh Gaines Registered Dietitian
Haleigh Gaines, MS, RDN
IBD Registered Dietitian

Haleigh is an expert IBD dietitian nutritionist with over 6 years of experience in clinical nutrition. She completed her Masters degree at The Ohio State University and is credentialed with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She brings deep expertise to the team in both pediatric and adult nutrition and is passionate about helping her clients accomplish their goals and find freedom in food selection. She is a professional member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and American Gastroenterological Association.

Haleigh is based in Ohio where she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Stephanie Mendez Registered Dietitian
Stephanie Mendez, RDN, RYT, CPT
IBD Registered Dietitian

Stephanie is an expert IBD dietitian, yoga instructor, and certified personal trainer. She completed her post-baccalaureate in Nutritional Science at Cal State University, Los Angeles, and her dietetic internship at Cleveland Clinic where she trained at the main campus' IBD Center. Stephanie is passionate about supporting patients with various GI conditions in finding optimal health without restriction. She is a professional member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.

Stephanie currently lives in Los Angeles. In her free time, she loves making homemade Mexican food, working on her travel blog, and adventuring the city with her beagle Oliver.
