I had been suffering from severely painful attacks in the GI system. I wasn’t sure if I was eating something that didn’t agree with me. I tried so many different approaches to food, but nothing worked. I felt very defeated and didn’t know what to try next.

We worked through the FODMAP elimination and reintroduction diet. And during the program, a whole body approach was taken which included mind and body exercises, anxiety and stress control, methods for quality sleep, and steps to boost energy and reduce fatigue.
