Katherine went from 4-6 loose stools to 2 healthy stools per day while finding her Crohn's trigger foods

Before working with Brittany I had extreme fatigue, 4-6 loose bowel movements a day with a lot of bloating, and an extremely limited diet due to fear of symptoms while working and lack of knowledge of my trigger foods.

Brittany helped me learn my trigger foods so that I can consistently and confidently eat 3 meals a day. She also helped me to prioritize a stress management activity and get down to 2 healthy solid bowel movements a day.

If I didn't work with Brittany I would probably be on the floor of my bathroom in the fetal position right now.

But in all seriousness, I was getting to a point where I was really starting to worry about my mental health in regards to Crohn's. I had developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and felt like my disease was taking over all aspects of my life. Finding trigger foods, establishing an exercise routine and developing stress management habits have been life changing.  

I feel much more confident making choices in life that are based on my desires and goals vs. feeling like I am constantly limited by my disease. I'm really enjoying exploring food again and have an overall sense of well-being.
