Marilyn went from having 10 loose stools per day to having firm/solid stool and improving her diet and sleep quality
Before starting the program my UC was all over the place.
I was going to the bathroom probably at least 10 times a day, 1 or 2 in the middle of the night.
I was scared to eat veggies or most food groups because I had seen conflicting/confusing info online.
I knew I needed help with finding trigger foods, decreasing number of bowel movements throughout the day, and eating a bigger variety of foods.
I was most worried about the cost of the program but after speaking with one of the dietitians at Romanwell and reading testimonials from other patients who have had success working with them I decided to go for it.
If I didn't end up working with my dietitian, Brittany, I think I would still be scared to eat, having multiple loose bowel moments a day, not sleeping through the night, not eating any vegetables.

She is super easy to talk to and accessible, explains everything well, and suggested small changes every week.
I appreciate that she also has UC and can relate to what a life with UC is like.
