Thanks to Brittany’s help, I’ve identified my trigger foods & know how to substitute them with other options.
Before working with Brittany, I was having a lot of UC symptoms including 5-6 bowel movements per day along with severe cramping, I was constantly exhausted, my diet was restricted to only foods that I considered safe, I was very stressed & also not sleeping very well. I’d been following Brittany for almost 6 months before my initial consultation. I’d no hesitation because her content was so straight-forward & covered all the info possible on any topic.
I was absolutely clueless regarding what I needed to do to get better. I knew I needed guidance regarding diet (identifying trigger foods, expanding diet) & knowing which supplements to take, but I didn’t know where to turn. Without Brittany’s help, I’d never have identified the various nutrient deficiencies that were the cause of my exhaustion. I’d probably still be floundering without any improvement & thinking if I was responsible for not doing something right.

Brittany’s knowledge regarding what labs to request & also in how to interpret the results, the various suggestions regarding nutrient supplements, patience & attention during all our one-on-one sessions - even though the whole program was entirely through phone conversations. She also had great ideas for various snacks, and helpful tips about various substitutions for trigger foods
