Get Started

Here's how it works

Step 1

We’ll get to know each other in a complementary consult

We take the time to get to know you and your health history, and understand what’s going well and where you’re looking for support. If we think we can help, we’ll recommend one of our 3- or 6-month programs to hep you reach your health goals.

Step 2

Together, we’ll make a plan that sticks

When we start working together, we'll take a comprehensive look at your diet, supplements, medical history, labs, and symptoms. We'll talk about your energy, sleep, stress, and relationship with food, and work together to develop a plan to reach your personal goals.

Step 3

We’ll celebrate progress toward your goals

We’ll meet weekly throughout the program to review progress towards your goals and make adjustments when needed. Between appointments, you’ll have access to your dietitian anytime to answer questions or share updates as they come up.

Step 4

You’ll leave ready to live your life confidently with PSC

Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to feel confident in managing your condition. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to manage any obstacle ulcerative PSC throws your way.
