We help our clients feel better.
Everyone's goals are unique and your results may vary. Based on an analysis of our client's outcomes, we found that:
of clients improved their IBD-related quality of life
of clients improved their level of fatigue
of clients improved their sleep quality
of clients reduced their stress levels
(Important note: these results are based on clients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. While many of our clients with PSC also have IBD, these results may not be representative of your experience. We do not guarantee results and your results may vary.)
Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, tools, and confidence you need to manage your PSC for the rest of your life.

Focus on both diet and lifestyle factors
Primary sclerosing cholangitis is a chronic condition, so your diet and lifestyle needs to be sustainable. We'll help you optimize your nutrition and lifestyle in a way that works best for you so that you can be confident in your own health.
Here's how it works
We’ll get to know each other in a complementary consult
We take the time to get to know you and your health history, and understand what’s going well and where you’re looking for support. If we think we can help, we’ll recommend one of our 3- or 6-month programs to hep you reach your health goals.
Together, we’ll make a plan that sticks
When we start working together, we'll take a comprehensive look at your diet, supplements, medical history, labs, and symptoms. We'll talk about your energy, sleep, stress, and relationship with food, and work together to develop a plan to reach your personal goals.
We’ll celebrate progress toward your goals
We’ll meet weekly throughout the program to review progress towards your goals and make adjustments when needed. Between appointments, you’ll have access to your dietitian anytime to answer questions or share updates as they come up.
You’ll leave ready to live your life confidently with PSC
Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to feel confident in managing your condition. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to manage any obstacle ulcerative PSC throws your way.
