Your dietitian will help you find your trigger foods, swap out inflammatory foods, and expand your diet. They'll help you boost your energy and decrease your risk for future flares and inflammation.

3. Maintain your results

By the end of your program, you'll understand exactly what triggers your symptoms and how to eat confidently with ulcerative colitis. You'll be ready to handle any obstacle life throws your way.
